Shipping Policy

Knotty by Nature aims to please with processing your order within 48 hours to get it shipping as quickly as possible to our customers.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are a flat rate.  The current cost of shipping has increased and I am trying to keep the rates fair.

Estimated Shipping Times:
Standard Shipping - Canada : 5-14 business days (approximately)
Expedited Shipping - Canada : 3-5 business days (approximately)
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
